What do I need for the walkthrough?
A representative city-to-city route is useful but optional. We can use a FuelPlanner example. No price sheet, invoice, fuel-card login, or trip record is required.
Do I need to share negotiated fuel prices?
Not for the walkthrough. Any later review requirements and sharing arrangements are discussed separately before you decide whether to proceed.
Will the walkthrough prove my actual savings?
No. It demonstrates the planning and comparison method using sample prices. A customer-specific comparison requires appropriate actual data and an agreed baseline.
Can you review a trip using our actual prices?
After the walkthrough, we can agree on what records are needed and how they may be shared. Once we receive the agreed required information, we’ll review the comparison and respond within 24 hours. This is not a guarantee of savings.
How does my driver receive the plan?
The confirmed driver workflow uses WhatsApp. Drivers do not need a separate FuelPlanner login for the message.
Are tolls, IFTA, detours, or exchange rates included?
